Lucy thinks Buddy is the happiest dog. Elvis the cat thinks Buddy is the most annoying dog. So when Lucy enters Buddy in the Happiest Dog competition, Elvis decides to sabotage his chances of success. But dog shows are no place for a cat. Will Buddy be able to save the day when Elvis gets into trouble?
